Yes! Every photoshoot includes detailed and accurate floor plans to help buyers visualize the layout and flow of the home.
I work across a wide area, from Goderich to London, and as far east as Stratford. If you’re not sure if your listing falls within that range, feel free to ask on our contact page.
If a shoot is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, there’s a $100 fee. If I’ve already arrived and it gets cancelled then, the full cost of the shoot applies. If the property isn’t ready and I’m delayed more than 20 minutes, a $50 delay fee is added. If bad weather affects the shoot, I’m happy to reschedule with notice.
Yes, reshoots are available if needed, but they are not included for free. If something changes or new shots are required, just let me know.
Yes, please make sure the home is clean, tidy, and ready to be photographed. Turn on all the lights and remove any clutter to help the photos look their best. I’ve also created a Seller’s cheat sheet you can download and share to them below! (Right click on desktop to save image)
